Ginga Arts programs serve children who live in poverty, are at high risk for delinquency, dropping out of school, and suffer from chronic health conditions such as obesity. In the district we serve only 34 percent of students complete high school. Students are predominately Latino and among live in the most underserved communities in the United States. Ginga Arts programs increase physical activity and expose students to music and dance art forms. We work to enrich the lives of children stuck in some of the poorest schools nationwide.
